In the early hours of a Monday morning, the parking lot of a motel on Kipling Street in Lakewood, Colorado, became a crime scene. There, police discovered the body of 32-year-old Guadalupe Julian De La Rosa, a male, who had been fatally shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene on June 19, 2017.

Investigators believe an altercation took place in the motel parking lot, which ultimately led to the shooting. A short time after De La Rosa was found, a second man with gunshot wounds was locate ...
