Thomas "Tommy" Allen Steen, a 25-year-old resident of Denver, Colorado, originally from Pageland, South Carolina, met a tragic end on October 18, 2018. Steen was born on August 20, 1993, in Charlotte, North Carolina, to Danny T. Steen and Donna Mills Steen. His life was cut short in a violent incident that occurred in the 100 block of North Bannock Street in Denver.
