In the quiet city of Cañon City, Colorado, the life of 39-year-old Richard Fay, a male, was tragically cut short on the night of September 28, 2019. Responding to reports of a gunshot in the 600 block of Spruce Court, officers made a grim discovery; Fay was found deceased outside of a residence, the victim of a fatal shooting.
