Joe Delgado Torres, a 22-year-old resident of Denver, Colorado, tragically lost his life in a deadly shooting that occurred on November 1, 2021. The incident took place just before 1:30 a.m. near the intersection of East 42nd and North Flanders in the Green Valley Ranch area of Denver.
