Officer John Arthur Carrillo, a 27-year-old member of the Albuquerque Police Department, was tragically killed in the line of duty on February 22, 1987. The incident occurred while he and another officer were investigating a domestic dispute at a residence located at 4613 Hilltop Place NE in Albuquerque.
