On the last day of 2019, the life of 50-year-old Hispanic male Jaime Ramirez was tragically cut short in Roswell, New Mexico. Born in Ojnoga, Chihuahua, Mexico, Ramirez was known by friends and family as a jack of all trades who loved to work and listen to music. The events that led to his death began to unfold on New Year's Eve, ending in a fatal act of gun violence.
