In the quiet town of Deming, New Mexico, a tragedy unfolded on July 30, 2020, ending the life of 69-year-old Diane McDonough, a female. The events of that day were set in motion by a chilling phone call to emergency dispatch. Diane's 83-year-old husband, Gerard McDonough, contacted authorities to confess that he had just shot his wife and intended to take his own life.
