On October 7, 2021, 49-year-old Patrick Fletcher Milligan was found shot to death in the Carson Estates/Two Peaks area near Taos, New Mexico. Born on August 14, 1972, in Cochran, Georgia, Milligan was known for his vibrant personality and was affectionately described as 'the character of all characters.'
