On the evening of October 10, 2021, the life of 22-year-old Eduardo Otero Jr. was tragically cut short in Carlsbad, New Mexico. The young man, a male of Hispanic ethnicity, was the victim of a fatal shooting that would leave a community seeking answers and justice.
