On March 8, 2022, a tragic incident occurred in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, resulting in the death of 45-year-old Carmen Kester. Carmen Deann Kester, born on March 5, 1977, was shot and killed at her home located on Mirador Loop NE in Rio Rancho.
