In the quiet community of El Prado, New Mexico, the life of 46-year-old Laurie Weathers came to a tragic and violent end in the spring of 2022. On the first of May, Weathers and a man identified as Richard C. Ross were discovered inside a vehicle, both having succumbed to gunshot wounds.
