On July 12, 1991, the life of 16-year-old Christopher Rogers was tragically cut short in Boston, Massachusetts. The male teenager was shot and killed by a Boston police officer, James E. Hall. The incident that led to the young man's death unfolded with Rogers hiding under an automobile before he was fatally shot.
