On the morning of Friday, January 13, 2006, Edward "Ed" Schiller, a 39-year-old male, was ambushed as he sat in his car in a parking garage near his office in Newton, Massachusetts. He was on the phone with his girlfriend, Stacey Rock, when a man approached his vehicle and shot him at point-blank range.
