In the autumn of 2014, the life of 19-year-old Christian Obeng, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in a burst of violence. On the evening of October 2nd, gunshots echoed through the Upland Gardens apartment complex in Worcester, Massachusetts. When police arrived shortly before 5:30 p.m., they discovered a chaotic scene.
