In the early hours of a Tuesday morning, on September 27, 2016, the life of Nigel Louis Hailey, a 42-year-old African-American man, was tragically cut short in Boston. A visitor to the city from his home in Columbus, Ohio, Hailey was in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood when violence erupted.
