On July 17, 2017, 18-year-old Aice Jackman was fatally shot in broad daylight near Blue Hill Avenue in Dorchester, Boston. The incident occurred around 5:20 p.m. at 10 Vesta Road, where Jackman was pronounced dead at the scene. A 21-year-old man was also critically injured in the shooting.
