In the early hours of July 3, 2020, Davie Harmon, a 21-year-old Black/African American man, was fatally shot near a basketball court at the Lakeside Apartments in Worcester, Massachusetts. The incident, which occurred at approximately 1:20 a.m., also resulted in serious injuries to another man. Harmon was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
