On a Wednesday evening in the city of Taunton, Massachusetts, the life of a 26-year-old Caucasian female named Colby Dowling was tragically cut short. On September 21, 2022, at approximately 11:00 p.m., police received a distressing 911 call from an apartment located at 52 Tremont Street. The caller reported that a woman inside had sustained a gunshot wound.
