In the quiet town of Forest Grove, Oregon, the day after Thanksgiving in 2009 was shattered by a brutal act of violence that claimed the lives of a mother and her son. Cindy Leigh Mills-England, a 52-year-old Caucasian woman, was killed by gunfire on November 27, 2009. Her life was taken alongside her son, 28-year-old Kevin Lee Coleman.
