In the summer of 2015, on July 28th, the life of 29-year-old Andrae Fenner, a Black / African American male, was cut short in a violent confrontation at the River View Mobile Home Park in Damascus, Oregon. The incident unfolded when Jeremy James Bonsignore, 25, arrived at Fenner's residence on South Highway 224 to confront a mutual acquaintance.
