On July 12, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in Damascus, Oregon, resulting in the deaths of 12-year-old Patrick Landers Jr. and Rickoshay Allen Kerr, 34, of Hillsboro. The event was characterized as a murder-suicide by the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.
