In the small town of Chiloquin, Oregon, a gathering of people at a party on a September night in 2017 took a tragic turn, ending the life of 32-year-old Arnie Lee Eggsman. The male victim was at a party when a dispute erupted between him and two other men, Tevin Lafond, age 21, and Kyle Steele, also 21.
