In the quiet, rural community of Chiloquin, Oregon, a devastating act of violence shattered the evening of November 14, 2021. Bryan Reynolds, a 35-year-old Black/African American man, was shot and killed on a property located on Bronco Lane. The tragic incident also claimed the life of his 18-year-old daughter, Tianna Reynolds, who had just celebrated her birthday a week prior. The shooting unfolded at a residence north of Chiloquin, leaving a lasting scar on the tight-knit community.
