In the quiet, rural community of Chiloquin, Oregon, a devastating act of violence shattered the evening of November 14, 2021. Bryan Reynolds, a 35-year-old Black/African American man, was shot and killed on a property located on Bronco Lane. The tragic incident also claimed the life of his 18-year-old daughter, Tianna Reynolds, who had just celebrated her birthday a week prior.
The shooting unfolded at a residence north of Chiloquin, leaving a lasting scar on the tight-knit community.
Emergency services were dispatched to the scene following reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they discovered a harrowing scene with four individuals having sustained gunshot wounds. Bryan and Tianna Reynolds were pronounced deceased at the location. Two other individuals, identified as Tina Smith and Andrew Reynolds, were also found with injuries and were subsequently transported to local hospitals for medical attention. The sudden and violent nature of the events sent ripples of shock and grief through the area as friends and family learned of the immense loss.
In the immediate aftermath of the shooting, law enforcement initiated a thorough investigation into the double homicide. Their efforts quickly led to the identification and arrest of a suspect near the scene of the crime. Andrew Lee Noe, 30 years old at the time, was taken into custody in connection with the fatal shootings. Authorities later revealed that the incident was believed to have stemmed from a family dispute. Noe was subsequently booked on serious charges, including first-degree murder, attempted murder, reckless endangerment, and unlawful use of a weapon as the legal process to bring justice for Bryan and Tianna Reynolds commenced.
