On May 16, 2021, Alexandra R. Arb-Bloodgood, a 29-year-old resident of Portland, Oregon, was fatally shot following an argument at her home. The incident occurred in the 8000 block of North Newman Avenue.
The suspect identified in this case is Shane Finnell, who is Arb-Bloodgood's brother-in-law.
