On May 16, 2021, Alexandra R. Arb-Bloodgood, a 29-year-old resident of Portland, Oregon, was fatally shot following an argument at her home. The incident occurred in the 8000 block of North Newman Avenue.

The suspect identified in this case is Shane Finnell, who is Arb-Bloodgood's brother-in-law. Finnell, aged 25 at the time of the incident, was involved in an argument with the victim that escalated to violence. According to court documents, the dispute led to Finnell shooting Arb-Bloodgo ...
