In the early morning hours of September 2, 2022, the life of 44-year-old Ryan Nathaniel Hamilton, a White/Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in a violent encounter in Portland, Oregon. At approximately 7:20 a.m., officers from the North Precinct were dispatched to the 3800 block of Northeast 65th Avenue, near Beech Street, following a report of a shooting.
