Robin Amy Hamil Mussen, a 50-year-old woman, was killed on April 26, 2000, inside the family home in Keyser, West Virginia. The shooting became part of a devastating family tragedy in which Robin, her son David Douglas "Magic Dave" Mussen, and her husband, Douglas "Doug" Elbert Mussen, all died from gunshot wounds. Online accounts place the discovery of the family at approximately 4:00 a.m. that Wednesday morning.
