On April 26, 2000, David Douglas 'Magic Dave' Mussen, a 19-year-old resident of Keyser, West Virginia, lost his life to gun violence at his residence. Born on August 5, 1981, in Cumberland, Maryland, David was a vibrant and active member of his community.
