On July 3, 2014, the life of 26-year-old Timothy Michael Morris, a White/Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in a violent encounter in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. The incident unfolded at a residence on Orchid Avenue, where Kanawha County sheriff's deputies were dispatched following a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Morris had been fatally wounded.
