Harold Westfall Jr., a 37-year-old White male, died on Tuesday, February 9, 2016, in a shooting incident at his residence in the Arden community of Philippi, West Virginia. When police arrived at the home on Proudfoot Road, they discovered Mr. Westfall deceased from a gunshot wound to the right side of his head. His wife, Kimberly Dawn Westfall, was also found at the scene with two gunshot wounds, one to her eye and another to her ear.
