A morning of violence on January 10, 2017, tragically ended the life of 40-year-old Brandy Lynn Hardman, a White female from the Mineral Wells, West Virginia area. What began as an attempt to help a friend in distress spiraled into a fatal confrontation, leaving a family shattered and a community in shock. The incident unfolded at a mobile home on Nova Road, the residence of Karen Sampson.
