In the summer of 2018, the community of Grafton, West Virginia, was unsettled by the violent death of one of its own. Perry Herbert Setler, a 54-year-old Caucasian male, was found deceased in his residence on July 3rd of that year. It was soon determined that he had been the victim of gun violence, and his death was officially ruled a homicide.
