On a tragic day in November, the life of Matthew R. Napier, a 41-year-old Caucasian male from Prichard, West Virginia, was cut short. On Monday, November 2, 2020, Napier was found deceased inside a residence on Perry Street in Prichard. His death was the result of a shooting, marking a grim day for the small community.
