James Albert Fitzwater II, a 47-year-old resident of Mt. Nebo, West Virginia, passed away on May 20, 2021, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. His death was a result of injuries sustained from a shooting incident that occurred earlier in Nicholas County.

The incident that led to Fitzwater's death involved Ricky Eugene Kincaid, a 59-year-old individual. Kincaid was initially charged in connection with the shooting, but following Fitzwater's death, his charges were upgraded to murder. ...
