Kendall Tyrone Foster, a 17-year-old resident of Des Moines, Iowa, tragically passed away on April 27, 2016, just days before his 18th birthday. Born on May 14, 1998, in Chicago, Illinois, to Kenyatta and Magan (Jackson) Foster, Kendall was the third oldest in a large family of 12 children. The family had relocated to Des Moines when Kendall was a youngster, and he had become an integral part of the community.
