On January 30, 2020, a tragic incident occurred in Des Moines, Iowa, resulting in the deaths of three teenagers, including 16-year-old Malachi Ethan Swanks. Malachi, born on September 19, 2003, was one of the victims in a shooting that took place on the city's southeast side.
