On a tragic evening that shattered the peace of Salt Lake City, Jeffrey Phillip Walker, a 52-year-old Caucasian male, lost his life. It was February 12, 2007, when a visit to the Trolley Square Mall with his son turned into a scene of unimaginable violence.
