In the small, quiet town of Central, Utah, a tragedy unfolded on March 22, 2012, forever altering the lives of a young family. Five-year-old Caucasian female, Eliza Kate Parker, a kindergartener at Enterprise Elementary School, was killed in her home. Her life, full of the promise of childhood, was cut short in an act of violence that also claimed her 25-year-old mother, Adria Jordan "AJ" Parker.
