In the winter of 2016, the life of 23-year-old Katherine Peralta, a White female, came to a tragic end in Salt Lake City, Utah. On the evening of December 29th, in the parking lot of her workplace, ARUP Laboratories, Katherine was shot and killed by her 25-year-old husband, Richard Peralta. After taking his wife's life, Richard then turned the gun on himself in a devastating murder-suicide.
