On a June day in 2018, the life of 24-year-old Julio Rodriguez, a Hispanic male, was cut short in a violent encounter near Randlett, Utah. The events that led to his death began with a physical altercation outside a local store. Following the fight, Rodriguez and another man, Brandon Redfoot, then 22 years old, went their separate ways in different vehicles.
