In the Glendale neighborhood of Salt Lake City, the life of 18-year-old Hispanic/Latino male Angelo Carlos Martinez was tragically cut short on the night of November 14, 2020. Near the intersection of 950 South and 700 West, a burst of gunfire shattered the evening, leaving Angelo fatally wounded and another individual in critical condition. The sudden violence left a community in shock and a family grappling with an immense loss.
