An 18-year-old Black / African American male named Talib Ahmed, also known as "Kunda," was killed on November 11, 2022, in what police have described as a gang-related shooting. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. in the parking lot of a 7-Eleven located at 4051 S. State Street in Millcreek, a suburb of Salt Lake City, Utah. An altercation that began inside the convenience store between two groups of individuals spilled out into the parking lot and escalated into a deadly confrontation.
