In May of 1967, a terrible event unfolded in a small trailer park in Groton, Connecticut, forever altering the lives of a young family. Inside their modest mobile home, two-year-old Wendy Gail Odom, a female, and her one-year-old brother, James Preston Odom, were found dead. Their mother, who was twenty-one years old at the time, was also discovered at the scene with a gunshot wound to the head.
