On a cold January day in 1998, the life of 28-year-old Todd J. Festa was cut short in Wallingford, Connecticut. On January 7th, Festa was found fatally shot, having sustained several gunshot wounds to his head and body in what appeared to be a calculated act of violence. At the time of his death, Festa, a male resident of Wallingford, was a prospective member of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club, a detail that would prove central to unraveling the motive behind his murder.
