In the early morning hours of June 21, 2020, a young Hispanic/Latino man’s life was cut short in the parking lot of the Comfort Inn & Suites in Meriden, Connecticut. Giovanni Rodriguez, a 24-year-old male, was by his car when another vehicle slowly approached.
