In the summer of 1967, the community of Berryville, Arkansas, was shaken by the tragic death of one of its own. Charles L. Robbins, a 39-year-old male and a dedicated Patrolman with the Berryville Police Department, lost his life in the line of duty on July 29th. With nine years of service to the department, Patrolman Robbins was a seasoned officer committed to the safety of his community.
