On a summer evening in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, a gathering turned tragic, resulting in the death of 21-year-old Cedric Ginger. The incident, which occurred on July 26, 2014, also left three other individuals wounded. Cedric Ginger was identified as a Black / African American male from Sheridan.
