In the autumn of 2017, the life of Harold Miller Jr., a 54-year-old man from Monticello, Arkansas, was tragically cut short. On Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at approximately 12:25 PM, a shooting incident was reported at a location known as McCray's garage on West Shelton Street. When Monticello Police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Miller deceased.
