In the late summer of 2018, a tragedy unfolded in the town of Paragould, Arkansas, forever altering the lives of those who knew Cathy Charles. A 59-year-old female, she was found deceased at a local business on September 25th, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The events of that day began to unravel when police responded to a call on Darling Street regarding a suicide.
