In the late afternoon of Tuesday, November 17, 2020, the city of Hot Springs, Arkansas, was disturbed by an act of violence that would cut a man's life short. Officers from the Hot Springs Police Department were dispatched to the 600 block of Ouachita Avenue around 5 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
