In the autumn of 2021, the life of Juan Di'Giovanni Malone Sr., a 41-year-old male, was abruptly ended in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. On November 17, he was left at the emergency room of Baptist Health Medical Center-Arkadelphia, suffering from a gunshot wound that would ultimately prove fatal. The circumstances of his arrival at the hospital immediately launched a police investigation into his death.
